WELCOME TO SANCTUARY & EDEN

We believe that every person has the ability to improve their life and to flourish. Wellness is enhanced through learning. By educating ourselves about nutrition, stress-reduction techniques, exercise and more, we can modify our behavior and make better choices for ourselves. There is an abundance of information about ways to improve your life, information that is being shared in earnest since the beginning of the modern wellness movement.

The wellness movement is evolving into the next chapter. We now understand that integrated wellness is the key to a better life. Sanctuary & Eden was founded by Eva Mosakowski to guide clients and wellness-seekers through the vast amounts of data and to help create a path that is unique to each individual. Our goal is your goal. We distill existing and emerging data to provide a clear understanding of what is available to you. Together we review your overall state of being and help you to create a personal roadmap tailored for you.

“there are an endless number of paths to achieving wellness, the key is finding your very own”

— Eva Mosakowski, Founder of Sanctuary & Eden

MEET EVA, WELLNESS COACH

Believing in the powerful combination of art and science, Eva has bridged both worlds and applies her knowledge to help clients achieve their goals.

Eva grew up in New Jersey and lived in New York City before moving to California, beginning her West Coast journey in San Francisco then migrating to the Sacramento area.

Health and wellness have been topics she has explored continuously and pursued eagerly over her lifetime. At Rutgers University she received degrees in Psychology and Chemistry and conducted experiments on models of addiction at the Center for Alcohol Studies. In collaboration with her research team, she published the team’s findings in the Journal of Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behavior as an undergraduate. This research provided the keys to understanding human behavior, and ignited an interest in helping others modify their behavior to achieve growth and improvement in life.

Pivoting into business Eva moved to New York City where she helped manage a successful nationwide arts and entertainment marketing program for American Express. On the West Coast she applied her marketing and communications skills to help small businesses achieve their goals. Her entrepreneurial spirit and interest in technology also inspired her to launch Percept, an aerial photography start-up in Sacramento where she flew drones for engineering and building projects.

In addition to her role as a wellness coach Eva is also a certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher and a volunteer crisis counselor. Her areas of interest include contemplative practices, breathing techniques, effects of nutrition on the human microbiome, sleep health, and the role of the nervous system in stress reduction.

Passionate about technology and AI, she also sees the crucial need for person-to-person communication and the importance of helping each other. Her goal is to provide tools and encouragement to every person wishing to achieve their greatest potential.

Eva lives with her two daughters and enjoys traveling to snowy places, spending time near the sea, cooking Polish food, hiking, photographing nature, studying languages and trying to play her ukulele.
